March Financial Day we were lucky that the rain only interrupted play for about 5 minutes, as we would have been disappointed to have to cancel another of our fund raising days.

Councillor Bob Millar sponsored our day, and unfortunately due to other commitments was not able to attend.  Thanks to Bob Millar for his ongoing support of our Club.  Audrey Ozanne's team from Kallangur were the winners on the day and the Runners-up our own Dayboro team.  Colin French was in the runners-up team and was also lucky in winning the raffle.  Second prize raffle went to Ann, Pine Rivers and the 2 fruit trays went to Roma, Pine Rivers and Dorothy, Bramble Bay.
Arthritis Day 24 March all monies taken on that day are to be donated to the Arthritis Foundation.
Friendship Day 21 April this is a great fun day and anyone who would like to attend please phone Edna 34251119 to register. We can supply the bowls just turn up with flat shoes. 9 a.m. morning tea 9.30 a.m play.  Morning Tea and lunch provided $5.00.
Edna's 80th was celebrated with family and friends in February and she still keeps us all going catering for the Friday night dinners and even on her birthday for the Men's 4s.  Congratulations again Edna.
