Red Rocket - Lachy Ferguson was selected to train at a Davis Cup Camp during the lead up week to the Australia Vs Japan Tie.
They trained throughout each day and would attend each Australian training session, and got to meet and mingle with the Aussie team.  Lachy and his team sat in the Aussie players box for each match.  A fantastic experience for these young players.
The week before Easter Lachy travelled to Melbourne for a large Tournament and won the playoff for 3rd place.  The week after Easter travelled to Adelaide and won the 12yrs South Australian Title.  Recently he has won both District and Met North Regional Schoolboy Tournaments.  He is having a few weekends off at the moment, with a busy schedule starting again next month.
He continues to train hard at the National Academy, and is still coached by Greg Smith of Matchpoint Tennis.
