Incorporating the Seasons™ program

This program is for families experiencing change.
Families in Transition is available to young people who have experienced loss through separation, divorce or the death of a loved one.
Our program caters to children aged 6-12 years.  Group size is limited to eight children per group.
While the children are at Seasons, parents are invited to get-together and learn more about supporting their children through this family change.
The course is held after school.
Where:     Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre
When:     Wed 10th February – Wed 7th April 2010
Time:     4 - 5.15pm
Cost:     $30 for full course
Course runs for 9-10 weeks and includes a Parenting Support group during the children’s program.
Parent/s & child/ren will be informally interviewed prior to course commencement.
Childminding is available upon request; please advise if this is needed at time of enrolment.
Please do not bring any food for your child/ren as afternoon tea is provided for all.
Please advise of any food allergies at enrolment.
