EXPERTS IN TREES
On the last Sunday in November last year, a mini tornado caused several trees and a lot of branches to fall around the house and in our paddocks.
I sent a text message to Nathan’s Tree Services, not wanting to bother them on a Sunday but hoping they would contact me first thing on the Monday.
Within 30 minutes, Nathan was on the phone enquiring about the damage and promising to turn up with his team early Monday to clear the debris. True to his word a team arrived at 7 am and very quickly cleared the debris, mulched it so not a leaf was out of place around the house.
During the week he and his team returned and cleared all the paddocks and mulched the timber – I now have enough mulch to last a lifetime!
A week later he called in with his bill, very competitive, and whilst talking to me noticed a couple of dead branches in a tree that had been missed. He was back next day and got his guys to clear the debris at no extra cost.
To watch Nathan and his team working to clear the damage was poetry in motion. Everyone knew their specific task, the teamwork and co-ordination to ensure the job was done as quickly and safely as possible was a pleasure to see.
I just wanted to let the people of Dayboro and the surrounding district know that we have a very professional company in our midst. Nathan is passionate and knowledgeable about his work and is happy to advise on any tree problems you may encounter.
Thanks Nathan – I wish more companies had your attitude.
