Recently the Year 1 students from Mt Samson State School visited the local shops and businesses in Dayboro. This excursion was part of an educational experience exploring the jobs and occupations of those who provide us with services in our community.
We were warmly received by all the owners and staff of the businesses we visited.

I am a local resident and I feel very proud of the willingness and attitude displayed by everyone to support the children in this learning experience by helping to make it pleasurable and run smoothly.
Each of the business staff patiently explained their jobs and how they did them and what materials and tools they used.
