Yes its sign on time again! So dust off those boots and hats and blow the cob webs off the horses and saddle up. Dayboro Pony Club had its first muster for 2012 on the Saturday 4th February. The second muster is scheduled for Sunday 19th February at 9am - weather permitting.
It’s a great place to have fun and learn for all ages - catering for little kids and big kids alike. So no mater your age it’s never too late to join in and have some fun.
We hold musters (training days) usually twice a month on either a Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, with a social lunch of snags on the BBQ to follow. Dayboro Pony club is a relatively small club with a focus on individual improvement for both horse and rider, aspiring to teach good horsemanship and general care, as well as helping to improve riding skills. Dayboro Pony Club also boasts a number of highly competitive riders that have been very successful in State and also National events. The club is very lucky to have a number of experienced instructors who offer their time freely to help assist the members. So if you are not sure or need some encouragement, come down, have a chat to our instructors and check out what we do at our musters. Dayboro Pony Club is also hosting a Show Jumping Day on the 15th April. Visitors are most welcome to come and spectate. For further information on muster dates, check out our website http://www.dayboroponyclub.com.au/ or contact Di Bell on 3425 1137. |
