NEXT MOVIE NIGHT - Saturday 21st August.

You are invited to the next Lions dinner meeting.  Come along for a chat and, if you would like a meal, let me know by Monday 16th August so I can ring through meal numbers.
The venue is the Dayboro Footy Club where meals are just   $13, payable on the night. (Meals are optional.  You are free to choose to just come along to hear the Guest Speaker - and perhaps purchase a drink from the bar.)
Guest Speaker for August is Ian Flinders who will be talking about his Leichhardt trip.

CHANGEOVER OF OFFICE BEARERS:
A most enjoyable evening was had by all who attended the recent Changeover Dinner - July 17. 
The new office bearers in the Dayboro Lions Club are:
    President    Malcolm Missenden
    Secretary    Ian Flinders
    Treasurer    Marj Barnett
    Past President    Stuart Bragg
Secretary, Ian Flinders, was not at the dinner as he is off on another adventure - namely the Leichhardt trip which he will be talking about at our August Dinner Meeting - August 23 (see above). 
Acting Secretary, Anita Van der Maat participated in the official proceedings in Ian’s place.
