Cards - Saturday afternoons at CWA Hall from 1.00p.m. (Phone Norma on 3425 1343 for more information)
Craft:  1st and 4th Fridays of the month at 9.30a.m. Cost $3.00.  Beginners welcome as we do have a teacher for various crafts.  So if you want a chat, or to learn a new craft or just bring along your own work, we would love to see you. Everyone welcome and you do not need to be a member.
International Day 21 September:  This year the country is East Timor.  The day will be held at the Samford CWA.
Women's Awareness Day:  This is a day which we are presently considering and would hope to have a few speakers on women's issues.  We are planning to hold it some time in October 2011 to coincide with Cancer Awareness Day.  We will keep you updated as our ideas are formed and will have notices put around the town as well as in the Grapevine.
Catering:  We have been busy with the Rodeo and Dayboro Day, where we once again have run the canteen at the Showground.
QCWA Divisional Finals Wednesday 29 June 2011:
We will be catering on this day.  Everyone is invited to come along to the Strathpine Community Centre where you can inspect the works entered by members of QCWA.
Photography:  This year our members entered this competition for the first time.  We had 37 entries and our thanks go to Trica Heathwood who attended to judge them for us.  The 1st prize winners will go to the Division Finals.
