Make sure that you don’t miss out on the best night’s entertainment in Dayboro this year! All you need to do is note your diary on the 3rd or 4th of September (or both) so you can be at the Dayboro Players’ performance.

Once again the Dayboro Players have been successful in getting the services of our local playwright Sharyn Durley. As usual she will present a funny fascinating tale full of twists and local references.
If you have never been to a Dayboro Players’ production just talk to people in Dayboro and find out what you have missed. You will see people you know in roles you cannot even imagine.
The play is already cast and rehearsals start as soon as the actors sober up from Easter celebrations. The cast commitment is to rehearsals every Monday until August when the pressure comes on with two rehearsals each week.
The Dayboro Players are a community organisation. If you would like to be a part of a great group consider offering your services in a non acting role this year so you can be ready for an acting part next year.
The Dayboro Players will be in the parade on Dayboro Day and you will then get a chance to see the theme for this year’s play. You might also get a chance to win a ticket!
Will it be a murder mystery? Will it be a wedding or a funeral? Will the actors remember their lines? Will the curtain get stuck or the lights refuse to work? I won’t tell you yet but can promise it will be a comedy (hopefully not of errors). We have some new faces this year. Note the dates!
